Workout Wednesday...

...Wow, another week of slacking...

Wednesday-Nothing. :-(

Thursday-Nothing-long day, go, go go!

Friday-Swam 20 minutes.

Saturday-I took AR swimming so it wasn't a real workout of swimming laps but there was a lot of chasing a toddler around a pool, going through the lazy river, and catching 26 pounds of baby being hurled at you!

Sunday-Nada.

Monday-Major workout fail. I was dressed ready to go and my back-up babysitting option failed. :-(

Tuesday-Ran a mile and took a walk outside in the gorgeous weather with AR when I got home.

I'm hoping the warmer weather will kick me into gear. :-/

I really want to give you kudos for holding yourself accountable. I seem to only want to talk about working out if I have worked out daily (ummm, and I never do). Good job and I am super envious of your weight loss thus far. Keep up the good work!

Oh I def count chasing little kids around the pool as a workout. Don't sell yourself short with that one haha.
